Salon Etiquette & Policies
- All time stated are approximate. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Please arrive about 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, understand that all late clients will received shorter services and will still incur the full charge.
- All customers are advised that Sunlight Salon is not liable for any personal item lost., stolenn or damaged, please keep your valuable items at home.
- When scheduling two or more services, Reservation must be held with a valid Credit Card.
- Sunlight Salon reserves the right to refuse services to any person. A Technician(s) or Associate(s) may terminate services at any time for misconduct ( inappropriate language or actions)
- Merchandise returns or exchange are accepted with original receipt if it is unused and if returned within a week of purchase. Cash refund are not given.
- Gift Certificate are available and must be presented at the time of services. Gift Certificate are not redeemable for Cash. No Extensions will be offered on the expiration date of any gift card.
- Children under 18 are allowed with accompany by an adult, Please keep a watchfull eye on them, If they damaged any product or property it is your responsible
- If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, have iodine allergies,high or low blood pressure, are using any prescriptions, or have undergone surgery with the last 6 weeks please notify us or our staffs and we will ad you in selecting appropriate services.
- Gratuity are greatly appreciated, A 15% to 20% gratuity for exceptional services is customary.
